Contavia email signatures

1. Open Gmail on a computer → gear icon → See all settings.
2. In General, scroll to Signature → Create new → name it Contavia.
3. Click inside the box and paste (⌘V / Ctrl+V). Do not retype anything.
4. Under Signature defaults, choose it for new emails and for replies/forwards.
5. Click Save changes at the bottom of the page. Send yourself a test email.

On the Gmail phone app, signatures from the computer are used automatically. If the phone app has its own “Mobile signature” turned on, turn it off.
